Self-Esteem & Identity
Understanding Low Self Esteem
Low self-esteem can leave you feeling not good enough, unworthy, or unsure of who you really are. You may struggle with negative self-talk, comparison, or fear of rejection. Over time, this can affect your relationships, goals, and confidence in everyday life.
How Existential Therapy Helps
Rather than simply replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, existential therapy helps you uncover where your self-image has come from and what beliefs or life experiences have shaped it. We explore the gap between who you are and who you feel you should be—and begin to close that gap with understanding and compassion.
We’ll also reflect on your values, relationships, and inner voice to help you reconnect with a more authentic sense of self.

What to Expect in a Session
Sessions offer a reflective space to speak openly about your inner world—without judgement. We begin by exploring what it feels like to live with self-doubt, and gently begin to ask: what would life look like if you related to yourself more kindly?
